This acquisition enhances Gallagher's customs and logistics services, as CCI specializes in international customs clearances for both commercial and household goods, providing tailored logistics solutions to its clients.

(GTI), a leader in Customs and Logistics for over 30 years, is proud to announce its December 2022 acquisition of Customs Clearance International, Inc. (CCI), a company specializing international customs clearances for Commercial and Household Goods. CCI began in January 1990, as a full-service international logistics provider, and is a licensed Freight Forwarder and US Customs Broker with a mission to create and manage distribution solutions for its customers, incorporating industry-focused capabilities with their suite of supply chain and transportation services to develop customized logistics solutions.
The two companies are an ideal cultural match, with strong customer service as a cornerstone. With the acquisition of CCI, GTI now has offices in Denver (HQ), Portland, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Houston.
