Denver, Colorado – Gallagher Transport International, Inc. (GTI), a leader in Customs and Logistics for over 30 years, is proud to announce its October 2023 acquisition of Gateway CHB, Ltd (Gateway), a company specializing in international customs clearances. Gateway is a 26-year-old company that is a licensed US Customs Broker with a mission to create and manage distribution solutions for its customers, incorporating industry focused capabilities with its suite of transportation services to develop customized logistics solutions.
The two companies are a great match, with both based in Denver, Colorado, and both companies concentrating on strong individual based customer service as a cornerstone. Gateway’s team will join the GTI team in the Denver headquarters office. GTI has offices in Denver (HQ), Portland, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, and St. Louis.
